Introduction

I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) credentialled Associate Certified Coach (ACC), specializing in leadership development and dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. I have been with Kantar/WPP since the beginning of my career in 1998, holding various business and client leadership roles across India, China, Singapore, and the UK. Notable achievements include establishing and growing Millward Brown's offices in Beijing and Bangalore, and leading our Insights Division's business with Nestlé, first as the APAC & AME lead in Singapore, and later as the global lead in London. Currently, I am based in my hometown of Bangalore, where I lead the Insights Division's Quantitative business for Southern India.
